Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship all items within 48 - 72 hours after your order is placed (for orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time). Orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped within the next two to three business days. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, no weekend delivery. Not available to P.O. Boxes, Canada or APO/FPO

Exchanges & Returns

May I exchange or return an item?
You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item altogether, contact us at support@freshnlife.com and we will provide you with a printable return label via email. Simply place the item to be returned in an envelope with the label on the front and drop it in a mailbox. Once we receive it we will send out your new choice by return mail.

If for some reason you simply want to return something you have purchased from us, mail the item back to us and we will refund your purchase less a restocking fee to your credit card. Shiopping charges are not refunded. Returns and exchanges should be mailed to:
